Pre-breakfast: Cupful of lemon water and supplements.
Supplements change so at times it means biotin, fish oil and d vitamins, at times it's multivitamins, green tea or something that aids tanning.
Lemon water is an every mornings must! It cleanses and gives me energy. Love it!
Breakfast: something eggy.
For some reason my mornings needs eggs. If it's eggless it will ruin my day. Or my day feel like a holiday as in insane mess.. So scrambled eggs, boiled egg, omelette or pancakes.
Pancakes usually topped with berries, fruits, yogurth or cinnamon and honey.
Omelette and scrambled eggs with herbs.
Boiled eggs with rye bread and scallions or garlic.
Snack: Oaty and fruity
I either make smoothie with oats or milk. Or grab a fruit with few oatmeal cookies. This is when I'll grab have nuts, seeds and cereals. Fully depends what kind of day I have.
Lunch: Meat + veggies
This is when I get daily meat. Most commonly it's some kind of fish or chicken. Always comes with few veggies or salad.
Snack: protein
Simply said: Proteinshake.
If I'm having a rest day I'll be having a yogurth, protein cookies or a milky smoothie.
Dinner: fruits or berries.
I keep this a light meal or I'll have bad sleep. This can be loads of fruits or a smoothtea.
* Main thing is that my meals follow this pattern but they change. This is the way I feel as my finest and it might not work for all. I haven't always eaten like this. It took me eternity to figure out what's best for my body!
